I started brewing about ten years ago. Started out with extract kits and a kitchen stove. Me and  friends of mine made some really good beers and had a lot of fun. One day we were talking about doing All-Grain brewing and we were thinking it was going to be a lot of trouble. We did not know of we wanted to start that. A few weeks later the more we read the more we wanted to try it. I went to the local brew shop and picked up a false bottom for a Igloo water cooler. Found a old cooler in the next few weeks we were brewing All-Grain. What we found out is that it was cheaper and it took a lot longer. Also the beer seemed to be higher quality or we thought so. Both me and my friend collected used kegs and pot to convert to mash tun and boil kettles. We picked a few more turkey fryers off craigslist. We both built an All-Grain setup. We were always trying to make our system better than the other one. One day I was On the Internet and found the site www.theelectricbrewery.com and I started thanking that electric would be cool if I could brew in the basement. I was in the process of replacing the kettle I have with 3 New 25Gallon kettles that matched. I ordered all the parts and started to build the electric home brewery. It took me about a year to build it. It was a lot of work and a lot of time but it was worth it all. I was thinking that this would save time on brew day but it is still a hard 8 hour brew day.
